Terms of Service for the Todolab mobile application

These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) constitute a legal contract between you, the User, and Alexander Belan Igorevich (“Developer”) regarding your use of the Todolab mobile application (“Application”), available for download on devices.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using, installing, or downloading the Application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with the terms set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, refrain from installing and using the Application.

2. License

The Developer grants you a limited, personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to install and use the Application on supported devices that you own, strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to modify, decompile, or disassemble the Application, and not to create derivative works based on it. You also may not rent, sublicense, or sell the Application or any part of it.

4. Updates and changes

The Developer reserves the right to update the Application at any time and to change its content or functionality. All updates are governed by the terms of this Agreement unless otherwise provided in a separate agreement.

5. Privacy

The Developer undertakes to comply with the privacy policy available in the Application. By using the Application, you agree to the processing of your data in accordance with that policy.

6. Disclaimer

The Application is provided “as is,” without any express or implied warranties. The Developer is not liable for any damage or losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Application.

7. Changes to the Agreement

The Developer reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement. Changes take effect upon publication in the Application. Continued use of the Application after changes are made will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.

8. Final provisions

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. This Agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the Developer’s place of residence.
